Terms of Use

A FibiBooth account is required. You are responsible for accurate account information, securing your credentials, and activity under your account. The free version has no time limit and places a FibiBooth watermark on new output. Paid access removes the watermark only while the entitlement and a concurrent device seat are active.

A purchased one-event pass remains unused in your account until you explicitly activate it. Activation starts one continuous 48-hour period that cannot be paused. It covers up to two simultaneously active camera booths without a watermark. After expiry, the account returns to free, watermarked operation and existing galleries remain available.

FibiBooth360 removes the watermark only in FibiBooth360, includes two camera devices, and provides no recurring AI credits. FibiBooth Complete removes the watermark in Windows and FibiBooth360, includes two shared camera devices, and provides 100 AI credits per period.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the purchase provider. Manage web subscriptions through Stripe and in-app purchases through Apple. Upgrades may take effect immediately; downgrades and billing-period changes normally take effect at renewal.

Extra monthly seats are available only with an active Stripe FibiBooth Complete plan. A paired iPad without the camera role does not use a seat. Included AI credits expire when a change to FibiBooth360 takes effect; purchased credits remain.

Web prices on the pricing page include VAT. App Store pricing may differ. Stripe processes web payments and Apple processes in-app purchases. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Contact ahoj@fotoveci.cz about web purchases; Apple purchases are also subject to Apple’s rules.

One credit is charged for each successfully edited source photo; failed edits are refunded automatically. Purchased credits do not expire. Included credits follow the relevant plan period and refill rules. Buying credits alone does not remove the watermark. AI output may vary or fail, and you are responsible for your prompts and lawful use of inputs and outputs.

Cloud storage has no fixed quota and is intended for media and assets created through normal FibiBooth event operation. It is not a general-purpose file hosting or backup service. Unusually high, automated, unrelated, or abusive use may be limited after we contact you and try to agree on a solution; urgent unlawful or security threats may be limited immediately. You remain responsible for keeping your own backup of important output.

As the booth operator, you are responsible for informing guests, obtaining any required permissions, and using their recordings lawfully. You retain ownership of your content and grant us only the rights required to process, store, and deliver it on your instructions.

We aim for reliable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted internet access, third-party services, or AI processing. We may change the service for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product development. Serious breach, abuse, or security threats may result in account restriction or termination, without limiting mandatory rights.

Czech law applies. Mandatory consumer protections in the consumer’s country of residence remain unaffected. We will first try to resolve disputes directly.
