Privacy Policy

• Account data — the e-mail address and name we receive when you register or sign in with e-mail and password, Google, or Apple.
• Content you create — events, their settings, and the photos and videos captured by the photo booth, stored in secure cloud storage (Google Firebase).
• Payment data — payments are processed by Stripe or Apple through In-App Purchase; card numbers never reach us. We store only subscription status and identifiers required to provide access.
• Technical logs — operational logs required for security and running the service.

The app uses the camera, microphone, motion data, music library, and local network solely for the photo booth function: recording video, levelling the horizon, playing music, and transferring videos between the camera device and the display device. Nothing is recorded without an action by the booth operator.

Photos and videos of guests are captured by the booth operator (the account holder) and stored by us on their behalf. Informing guests that recordings are being made is the responsibility of the event operator.

When the operator enables AI editing, the selected photo and text prompt are sent to Google Generative Language (Gemini) to produce an edited image. We send this data only for the requested processing and return the result to FibiBooth. AI editing requires internet access and may fail or produce an unexpected result; FibiBooth may use the conventional unedited photo as a fallback.

We process data to provide the service (performance of a contract), for billing (legal obligation), and to keep the service secure (legitimate interest). We do not use your data for advertising and never sell it.

Our processors are infrastructure and payment providers: Google Ireland Ltd. (Firebase — storage, authentication, and database; Google Generative Language/Gemini — optional AI photo editing), Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (payments), and Apple Distribution International Ltd. (Sign in with Apple and In-App Purchase). We do not share data with any other third parties.

We keep your content until you delete it or delete your account. Accounting records are kept for the period required by law.

You can permanently delete your account, including all events and videos, directly in the FibiBooth360 app (Settings → Delete account) or by emailing ahoj@fotoveci.cz. We cancel Stripe subscriptions during account deletion. Subscriptions purchased through Apple must be cancelled in Apple subscription management; deleting the account alone does not stop Apple billing.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, and the right to object. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
